Dainfern Country Club 

Dainfern Golf and Residential Estate was established in 1992. The property had become outdated and was in serious need of some TLC and modernisation.

The aspiration for a family-centric environment led to the clubhouse having many guises, including a family-friendly restaurant, an evening grill room, high-end function rooms, and a members-only bar.

The extension of the exterior patio allowed us to extend the roof outwards. This seamlessly created a more integrated connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Utilising natural ventilation and old skylights, we allowed the building to breathe all while being illuminated with natural light.

Patterned tiling and fabrics, marble, brass, and oak all added to a warm and neutral palette with accents of teal. The addition of textured stone helped create the sense of a “home from home” for many of the residents and visitors alike.
